4. User Responsibilities

As a user of this Service, you agree to:

Use the Service at your own risk and discretion
Maintain the security of your exchange API keys and account credentials
Only trade with funds you can afford to lose
Monitor your positions and bot activities regularly
Understand the risks associated with leveraged trading
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service

6. API Keys and Security

Important Security Notice: Our bot has NO ACCESS to your funds. Only the exchange holds and controls your funds. The bot simply communicates with the exchange through their official API.

End-to-End Encryption: All your API keys and account details are protected with industry-standard end-to-end encryption. Your sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit, ensuring maximum security and privacy.

What our bot does with the API:

Check Balance - Read your available balance to calculate position sizes
Place Orders - Submit buy/sell orders to the exchange on your behalf
Set Stop Loss - Place protective stop-loss orders to manage risk
Monitor Positions - Track open positions and update trailing stops

API Key Permissions

We strongly recommend: Create API keys with TRADE ONLY permissions. NEVER enable withdrawal permissions. This ensures your funds cannot be withdrawn even if API keys are compromised.

Your responsibilities:

Create API keys with minimal required permissions (trade only, no withdrawals)
Keep your API keys secure and never share them
Regularly rotate your API keys for enhanced security
Monitor your exchange account for any unauthorized activity

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Trading losses or missed opportunities
Damages arising from service interruptions
Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

Total Liability Cap

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
